RENEWAL PROGRAM] FOR 2027
Thank you for your interest in joining the RRP REN Renewal Program for 2027 organized by Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia [RISM]
This course is approved
by The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers
[BOVAEP] for the purpose of Real Estate Negotiator
(REN) renewal.

IMPORTANT
NOTES:
The REN
Renewal Program (RRP) is a mandatory course set by the Board of
Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP / LPEPH)
for all Real Estate Negotiators (REN) in Malaysia to renew their REN
Tag.
Only REN
holders with REN Tags expiring on 31 December 2026 are eligible to attend
this course for the purpose of renewing their REN Tag for the year 2027.
All
participants who complete the RRP will receive an official RRP Certificate
issued by BOVAEP / LPEPH. After the course, the organizer (RISM)
will submit the attendance list and participant names to the Board for
certificate processing. Once approved, a soft copy (PDF) of the RRP
Certificate will be issue in BIS system for respective real estate
agency.
The RRP
Certificate (soft copy) must be attached when submitting your REN Tag
renewal through your respective real estate agency.
COMPULSORY REQUIREMENTS FOR RENEWAL
For
renewal submission to the Board, RENs must fulfill all the following
requirements:
-Must hold
a valid REN Tag expiring on 31 December 2026
-Must not be an undischarged bankrupt, unless a special
approval is granted by the Board

Notice:
If any REN fails to meet the above requirements, the Board will not
approve the renewal, even if the REN has attended the RRP. The
organizer (RISM) will not be held responsible for any
rejected renewal applications.
