RRP (REN Renewal Program)
2027 Registration
Thank you for your interest in the REN Renewal Program (RRP) 2027, organised by the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM).
This programme is approved by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP/LPEPH) for Real Estate Negotiator (REN) Tag renewal.
Programme Overview
The RRP is a mandatory programme for all RENs who wish to renew their REN Tag for 2027.
Duration: 9.00 am – 1.00 pm (Half-Day Training)
Fee: RM250.00 (Inclusive of tax)
Eligibility
This programme is open to RENs who:
Hold a valid REN Tag expiring on 31 December 2026
Requirements for REN Tag Renewal
To qualify for renewal, you must:
* Hold a valid REN Tag expiring on 31 December 2026; and
* Not be an undischarged bankrupt, unless approved by the Board

Please note that attending the RRP does not guarantee approval of your renewal application. All applications are subject to the Board’s review, and those that do not meet the requirements may be rejected. RISM is not responsible for any unsuccessful applications.
RRP e-Certificate
Upon successful completion of the programme:
- You will receive an official RRP e-Certificate issued by BOVAEP/LPEPH
- RISM will submit your attendance and details to the Board for processing
- Once approved, your certificate can be downloaded via the Board Information System (BIS)
- This certificate must be submitted together with your REN Tag renewal application through your agency

Kindly ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete, as it will be used for registration and certification purposes.
