NCC (NEGOTIATOR CERTIFICATION COURSE) 2026

Thank you for your interest in joining the Negotiator Certification Course (NCC) 2026 organised by Property Surveying Division, Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM).

This course is approved by The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP / LPEPH) for the purpose of Real Estate Negotiator (REN) Certification.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

The Negotiator Certification Course (NCC) is a mandatory course set by BOVAEP for individuals who intend to be Certified Real Estate Negotiators (REN) in Malaysia.

Only participants who successfully complete the NCC & pass the assessment will receive the NCC Certificate issued by BOVAEP (LPEPH) and eligible to apply for REN certification through a registered real estate agency.

After the course, RISM will submit the attendance list and participant details to the BOVAEP for certificate processing.

Once approved, a soft copy (PDF) of the NCC Certificate will be emailed directly to participants.

The NCC Certificate (soft copy) must be attached when submitting your application for REN certification through your respective real estate agency.

HARD COPY CERTIFICATE (Optional)

If you wish to obtain the original (hard copy) certificate, you may choose one of the following options:

1) Postage Delivery: RM10 (mailed to your registered address); or

2) Self-Collect (Free): Collect from RISM Office,

Bangunan Juruukur, Tingkat 3, 64 & 66, Jalan 52/4, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. 

(please liaise with RISM secretariat prior to the collection date)

OTHER COMPULSORY REQUIREMENTS BY THE BOVAEP FOR REN CERTIFICATION

To be eligible for REN Certification by the BOVAEP, participants must also fulfill all the following requirements:

- Must possess minimum academic qualifications of SPM (pass) or it's equivalent

- Must not be an undischarged bankrupt, unless special approval is granted by the Board

⚠️*Important Notice:

If any participant fails to meet the above requirements, the Board may reject the REN Certification application even if the NCC has been completed.

The organiser (RISM) shall not be held responsible for any rejected applications.

- 7 & 8 Febuary 2026 (Saturday & Sunday)

- 25 & 26 April 2026

     (Saturday & Sunday)

Duration: 

- 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM (Two Whole Days Training)

Fee: RM648.00 (Including of tax)

Meals: Halal meals will be provided for breakfast, lunch & tea break
